Apex Legends Season 14 is on the way, and here’s everything you need to know about it, including the release date, new legend, map changes, level cap increase, and more.
Apex Legends players have enjoyed all the content that arrived in Apex Legends Season 13, but it’s time for a new update and maybe even a meta change.
Players are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the next seasonal update, and we’ll be going over everything we know about Apex Legends Season 14, including when it went live, who the new Legend is, and balance changes.
When is Apex Legends season 14?
Apex Legends Season 14, titled Hunted, has been officially confirmed to begin on August 9, 2022. At this point, the Season 13 Battle Pass will end, so you’ll need to hurry if you want to progress through all of the remaining tiers.
Once Season 14 of Apex Legends arrives, players will have access to a ton of fun new content, including an all-new legend as well as major changes to the King’s Canyon map.
Apex Legends Season 14 New Legend Vantage
Vantage is Season 14’s newest legend and we first saw her in the Stories from the Outlands episode released on July 25 titled “Survive.” This character hails from Pagos, a “barren ice planet” where she learned to become the “ultimate survivor”.
According to the leaks, she uses her sniper rifle to search for enemies, then marks them for her team to finish off. Her ability set would allow her to launch herself towards a helpful winged companion known as Echo.
Apex Legends Season 14 King’s Canyon Map Update
Along with adding a new Legend, the developers of Apex Legends have also confirmed that the fan-favorite King’s Canyon map will be getting a major overhaul and will be known as King’s Canyon Reforged.
An EA teaser states, “Time changes everything, and Kings Canyon is no exception. What will rise from the ashes of the past? At the time of writing, it remains to be seen exactly what changes the reworked map will feature.

Apex Legends Season 14 Level Cap Increase Release Date
EA has officially confirmed that the new level cap for Apex Legends is indeed 2000. Players will be able to reach level 500 four times, and for more information on how this will work, check out our guide to the new level cap increase. from Apex Legends.
Apex Legends Season 14 Balance Changes
Apex Legends Season 14 brings some intriguing changes to weapons. First of all, the Winger and fire eater are changing weapon types, with the Wingman now taking sniper ammo and attachments, as well as the Spitfire now becoming a light weapon.

The Skullpiercer Hop-Up also returns, giving available weapons for the Hop-Up increased headshot multiplier.
The EVA-8 Also receives some changes, as its rate of fire is increased and it now has the ability to point for even more accuracy and recoil control. The Double-Tap Hop-Up also returns.
Care Set Weapons
The Apex Legends Season 14 Care Package weapons are the Bocek Bow and the Rampage LMG. This means the Volt and G7 return to ground loot, with Double-Tap Hop-Up also available for the G7.
Gold gear is also getting some changes in Apex Legends Season 14, as self-revive is removed. The Gold Knockdown Shield will now have Guardian Angel, while the Gold Backpack will have Deep Pockets, allowing players to carry more meds.
