Rockstar jobs get gamers excited about GTA 6’s graphic potential

Grand Theft Auto fans have discovered another job posting from Rockstar Games that seems to say more about GTA 6 and GTA 5’s huge step forward.

The wait for Rockstar Games to announce that GTA 6 is real and in development continues to boom for Grand Theft Auto fans.

However, that didn’t stop them from digging themselves. They’ve scoured GTA Online for clues and delved into Take-Two’s trademarks to determine where they’re headed next.

All signs seemingly point to a return to Vice City and a modern story that involves two main characters and potential trips across South America.

There have been a lot of rumors about GTA 6, but nothing official yet.

Some of the biggest clues come from Rockstar Games job postings – including one for someone who can spin game trailers – and another has emerged that has fans excited.

This time around, iconic game developers are looking at for a VFX pipeline programmer – someone who can help create tools to improve the look of games.

One detail of this list that caught the attention of players is the reference to “explosions looking cool”. While this is typical job for someone who works with effects, some believe the developers have something coming up that we’ve never seen before. There are others also linked to environmental changes, although these are long standing.

The theories are somewhat related to some of the other details that have been teased previously. Some fans have discovered trademarks for Rockstar technology that hinted at ever-changing cities and settings based on in-game actions.

Other recent leaks have suggested that Rockstar will announce GTA 6 via events in GTA Online, so that they can play a part in that as well. As always, however, we’ll have to wait and see how GTA 6 has been kept a secret at this point.
